BlackRock crosses a threshold in Worldline's capital
On October 30, 2025, BlackRock Inc., a New York-based asset management firm, increased its stake in Worldline to over 5%. BlackRock now owns 14,924,384 shares, representing 5.26% of Worldline's share capital and 4.54% of its voting rights. This increase resulted from the acquisition of shares held as collateral.
This crossing complies with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code, which requires declarants to notify any crossing of a significant ownership threshold. BlackRock manages the voting rights associated with the shares at its discretion, unless otherwise requested by its clients.
The acquired shares include ADRs, contracts for differences, and securities held on loan. Of the 283,964,175 Worldline shares outstanding, BlackRock also holds shares for clients who have retained their voting rights.
