Goldman Sachs Crosses the 10% Threshold of Worldline's Capital
On September 16, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced that it had reduced its stake in Worldline. The group crossed the threshold of 10% of the French company's capital on September 10, 2025. Goldman Sachs now holds 28,329,728 shares, representing 9.98% of the capital and 8.62% of the voting rights of Worldline.
This decrease is the result of an off-market sale of shares. In parallel, Goldman Sachs stated that it indirectly holds 13,134,384 Worldline shares through securities lending with recall rights. The group also holds a total of 15,103,501 shares through various derivative contracts, including call options, put options, and swaps, with maturities up to 2040.
