JP Morgan Chase dépasse les 5% du capital de Worldline
Le 28 octobre 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. a déclaré avoir franchi indirectement le seuil de 5% du capital de Worldline. La société détient désormais 5,11% du capital, représentant 14 508 666 actions, soit 4,41% des droits de vote. Ce seuil a été atteint via des acquisitions hors marché et une augmentation des actions détenues par assimilation.
Les actions sont réparties entre plusieurs entités de JP Morgan. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC possède 0,14% du capital, tandis que J.P. Morgan Securities plc en détient 4,97%. De plus, des contrats de type « put options » et « third party ADR » contribuent à cette participation accrue.
JP Morgan détient également des obligations convertibles en actions Worldline, exerçables jusqu'en juillet 2026, ce qui pourrait accentuer son influence dans l'avenir.
