Xeos SA increases its stake in ATLAND

Xeos SA recently crossed the threshold of 10% of voting rights at ATLAND, now holding 10.32% of the rights, or 446,312 shares. This change is the result of the allocation of double voting rights. Within the concert of shareholders, headed by Georges Rocchietta, no other threshold has been crossed; this group holds 66.61% of the capital and 72.54% of the voting rights.

Xeos SA, controlled by Lionel Védie de la Heslière, expresses its intention to potentially increase its stake up to 12.5% of the capital. However, it does not plan to take control of ATLAND, nor to conclude major agreements. or to carry out significant operations, while confirming his current position on the board of directors.
