Xlife Sciences AG (SIX: XLS) held its annual general meeting on June 28, 2024, in Zurich, with 53.65% of its share capital represented. All board proposals were approved. Chairman David L. Deck and CEO Oliver R. Baumann acknowledged significant milestones achieved, including commercializing AI-powered software «Prostate.Carcinoma.ai» and forming strategic partnerships.
