XS Financial Inc. (« XS Financial », « XSF » ou la « Société ») (CSE : XSF)(OTCQB : XSHLF), une société de financement d'équipement de premier plan pour l'industrie du cannabis aux États-Unis, a annoncé le dépôt à nouveau de ses états financiers annuels et de son rapport de gestion (MD&A) pour l'exercice clos le 31 décembre 2023.
La société a récemment changé ses auditeurs d'Urish Popeck & Co., LLC à Link-It Accounting and Financial Services Inc., à compter du 5 juillet 2024. Les états financiers 2023 ont été réaudités par le nouvel auditeur dans le cadre de ce changement.
