XS Financial Announces Change of Auditor

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 8, 2024 / XS Financial Inc. ("XS Financial", "XSF" or the "Company") (CSE:XSF)(OTCQB:XSHLF), a leading equipment finance company in the cannabis industry in the United States, announced a change of auditors. The Company replaced Urish Popeck & Co., LLC ("Former Auditor") with Link-It Accounting and Financial Services Inc. ("Successor Auditor"). This change is effective from July 5, 2024, as decided by the Board of Directors until the next Annual General Meeting.

In line with NI 51-102 regulations, the notice of the auditor change, and the required letters from both the Former and Successor Auditors, have been reviewed by the Company's Board of Directors. These documents have been filed on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.
