Ycor prend le contrôle de Solocal après une restructuration financière
Solocal a finalisé sa restructuration financière, marquant une étape cruciale pour son redressement. Maurice Lévy devient Président Directeur Général et Ycor, la société contrôlée par Lévy et sa famille, prend le contrôle de l'entreprise.
La restructuration a permis une réduction significative de la dette de Solocal, laissant l'entreprise avec une structure financière assainie. Ycor détiendra désormais 21 milliards d'actions sur les 33 milliards émises.
Le Conseil d'administration est renforcé avec l'arrivée de cadres expérimentés. Le nouveau PDG, Maurice Lévy, ambitionne de rendre l'entreprise plus performante en simplifiant son organisation et en intégrant l'intelligence artificielle dans ses opérations.
Cette restructuration devrait permettre à Solocal de relancer sa croissance en se repositionnant comme un acteur majeur du digital au service des TPE et PME françaises.
