Yunu Extends Free Cancer Center Use of Platform for All Children's Oncology Group Clinical Trials
Yunu, a provider of clinical trial imaging workflow and data management technology, announced it will extend free use of its platform for all Children's Oncology Group (COG) clinical trials nationwide. This initiative aims to support pediatric cancer hospitals with world-class imaging capabilities by waiving all Yunu implementation and platform time-point fees for COG trials at collaborating sites.
The Children's Oncology Group, part of the National Cancer Institute's National Clinical Trials Network, comprises 10,000 researchers and 200 hospitals and cancer centers. COG conducts trials to develop new ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer in children.
Yunu's platform currently supports numerous COG trials, saving significant start-up efforts, and promises time savings for research coordinators and radiologists. The platform also aims to drastically reduce imaging data error rates, thereby enhancing trial efficiency and accuracy.
