ZCCM Investments Holdings Announces 20th AGM

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (ZCCM-IH) has scheduled its Twentieth Annual General Meeting (AGM) for June 28, 2024. The meeting will take place at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka, Zambia, and virtually via a dedicated video conferencing link.

Agenda items include adopting previous meeting minutes, reviewing and adopting the 2023 audited financial statements, and approving a final dividend of ZMW 1.51 per share. Shareholders will also vote on the appointment of external auditors and the appointment of a Non-Executive Director. Further business, as deemed necessary, will be addressed during the meeting.
