Group revenue increased by 62% to €188.2 million, while EBITDA nearly doubled to €61.9 million. The company attributed its success to strategic marketing and a favorable jackpot year.

The launch of the Dream House Raffle exceeded expectations and contributed to a substantial share of proceeds going to charity. The completion of LOTTO24 AG's squeeze-out marked another milestone in enhancing the group's operational structure. Total lottery billings surpassed €1 billion, driven by a 25% rise in the active customer base.

Additionally, ZEAL improved its market share to 43.8%, showcasing the scalability of its business model. Despite increased expenses, efficiency gains propelled an 88% rise in EBITDA. A proposed dividend increase highlights the company's robust financial performance.
