Ontario Court Dismisses Major Claims Against Zentek Ltd.

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has dismissed claims exceeding $6 million against Zentek Ltd. The court's decision, dated March 12, 2026, concerns litigation involving the company's founder, Aubrey Eveleigh. The court dismissed all monetary claims, including a $282,500 success fee and $1,350,000 in severance claims. Also denied were unpaid wages of $51,748.82, defamation damages of $75,000, and indemnification costs of approximately $194,000.

The court found no basis to cancel 4.5 million founder shares issued to Eveleigh. Zentek's CEO, Moe Jiwan, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, emphasizing the company's focus on future projects such as Albany, ZenGUARD™, and Triera. This judgment resolves a legal chapter dating back to a 2018 shareholder meeting where Eveleigh was removed as CEO.
