Zentra Group plc, previously known as One Heritage Group PLC, is set to delist from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange by December 11, 2024. Post-delisting, Zentra Group plans to list on the Access Segment of the AQSE Growth Market, maintaining the existing ticker ZNT and identification numbers.

This strategic move follows the company's announcement on October 2, 2024, and a subsequent notice regarding market listing updates. The company's shares, amounting to 38,678,333, will commence trading on the AQSE Growth Market on December 11, 2024.

The change ensures compliance with the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, providing protection for its shareholders. The code will continue to apply after the transition.
