Zentra Group plc Announces Fiscal Year 2024 Financial Results

Zentra Group plc, formerly One Heritage Group, reported its financial results for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2024. Revenue decreased by 6% to £14.65 million, primarily due to fewer sales completions, down from 71 to 52 units. The group reported a pre-tax loss of £3.56 million, an increase from the previous year's £2.14 million loss. Basic loss per share also rose to 8.7 pence from 6.2 pence.

Despite challenging conditions such as rising construction and borrowing costs, the company completed significant projects, including the practical completion of St Petersgate Stockport and an ongoing project at Victoria Road, Eccleshill. Looking forward, Zentra plans to shift its focus away from self-delivery and co-living initiatives to concentrate on apartments and single dwelling houses under its Zentra Living and Zentra Homes brands.
