ZTEST Electronics Inc. Announces Board Appointment

ZTEST Electronics Inc., based in North York, Ontario, has announced the appointment of William R. Johnstone to its Board of Directors. This decision is to fill the vacancy left by Donald Beaton's resignation, pending regulatory approvals. Johnstone, who has been with ZTEST as Corporate Secretary since 1998, brings extensive experience in corporate and securities law with over 40 years of practice.
