Zug Estates Initiates Final Development Phase at Suurstoffi Site

Zug Estates Holding AG held a groundbreaking ceremony for the S43/45 project at the Suurstoffi site in Rotkreuz, Zug. This marks the final development phase of a site established in 2010 as a multi-purpose living environment. By mid-2027, the project will add 14,400 m² of office and educational spaces and 1,100 m² of student housing.

The project integrates sustainability features, such as a new geothermal probe, optimized facades, and solar panels. The development will enhance the site's existing low-emission energy system, minimizing its environmental impact.

A long-term lease was signed with XUND Bildungszentrum Gesundheit Zentralschweiz for Suurstoffi 45. This educational institution aims to meet the rising demand for healthcare training.
