Advanced Blockchain AG Publishes 2026 Half-Year Report and Advances ABAG 2.0 Strategy

Berlin, 30 September 2026 – Advanced Blockchain AG (“ABAG”, Scale Frankfurt, Primary Market Düsseldorf, XETRA: ISIN DE000A0M93V6), a leading venture builder and investor in the blockchain sector, today publishes its 2026 half-year report.

For the Company, the first half of 2026 was defined by a strategic and organisational reset. Following the completion of key reporting, audit and governance processes, the focus increasingly shifted to implementing the “ABAG 2.0” strategy, securing additional financing, monetising selected portfolio holdings and building new operating business activities, in particular ABX Analytics.

During the reporting period, Advanced Blockchain AG’s revenue was below the prior-year level, as no further disposals of investments took place. As expected, the half-year result amounted to EUR -703.5 thousand, compared with EUR -586 thousand in the prior-year period. The result continued to be impacted in particular by legal and advisory costs related to asset protection measures as well as the insourcing of external activities, which is also expected to lead to cost relief going forward.

A key element of the Company’s strategic realignment is the reactivation of FinPro. The six-figure financing secured in May through a shareholder loan is intended primarily to support the further development of FinPro as an operating platform at the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence and robotics. In addition, key portfolio companies such as peaq, Polymer, zCloak and Panoptic recorded operational progress, which is relevant with a view to potential monetisations of selected investments.

“We laid important foundations in the first half of the year to strategically realign ABAG and rebuild a reliable investment basis for our shareholders,” said Maik Laske, Management Board member of Advanced Blockchain AG. “Although the market environment remains challenging, we are clearly looking ahead: With ABAG 2.0, the reactivation of FinPro and concrete projects such as ABX Analytics and Nutrivo, we are now focusing on operational substance, future technologies and sustainable value creation.”

For the second half of 2026, the focus remains on implementing ABAG 2.0. Project and budget planning for ABX Analytics has been finalised and corresponding funding applications have been submitted. Nutrivo, a project developed jointly with a strategic partner, has successfully completed the proof-of-concept phase and has now entered the MVP phase.
