ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Solocal Group announces the upcoming departure of Olivier Regnard, Group Chief Financial Officer, and concurrently his replacement on an interim basis by Jérôme Fievet, member of the Finance Division's Management Committee. 

Since his arrival at Solocal on July 1, 2019, Olivier Regnard contributed to changing the Group's business model and spared no effort to strengthen its financial structure.

Jérôme Fievet joined Solocal in October 2018 as Chief Accounting & Consolidation Officer and then was promoted to Vice-President Management Control at the end of 2019.  Jérôme Fievet will join the Executive Committee as Chief Financial Officer and will report directly to Maurice Lévy from September 16 onwards.

Jérôme Fievet began his career in Paris, at Ernst & Young for 13 years where he carried out audit and consulting assignments for SBF120 and CAC40 companies. Jérôme Fievet graduated with a Master II specialized in Finance & Audit and is Chartered Accountant.
