Carrefour completes the sale of its minority stake in CarrefourSA in Turkey to Yeni Mağazacılık A.Ş., operator of the A101 retail chain and controlled by the Aydın Group

Carrefour announces today the completion of the previously disclosed sale of the 89% stake held jointly by Carrefour (32%) and Sabancı (57%) in CarrefourSA to Yeni Mağazacılık A.Ş., the company operating the A101 retail brand and controlled by the Aydın Group (Turgut Aydın Holding), following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The completion of this transaction has no material financial impact on the Carrefour Group.
