PUBLICATION OF THE 2025 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT INCLUDING THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

Carrefour’s 2025 Universal registration document was filed on 26 March 2026 with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”) under number D.26-0143.

This document includes in particular:

• the 2025 annual financial report, the 2025 Carrefour SA financial statements and the consolidated financial statements and the sustainability statement and duty of care plan;
• the report on corporate governance;
• the Statutory Auditors' reports on the parent company and consolidated financial statements for 2025 and on related-party agreements;
• the Report on the certification of sustainability information and verification of the disclosure requirements under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852;
• and a description of the share buyback program.
