Frankfurt am Main, 20 October 2023 - At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 18 October 2023, the shareholders of Cardea Europe AG ("Cardea"), unanimously approved the resolutions proposed by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board on all items on the agenda.
The Annual General Meeting essentially resolved to operate under the name Luna Capital Partners AG in the future and to align the financial year with the calendar year.
