Resignation of non-executive director
Dexus (ASX: DXS) advises that Patrick Allaway has resigned as a non-executive director on the Board of Dexus Funds Management Limited (DXFM), effective 30 March 2023.
Dexus Chair, Warwick Negus said “Patrick has been an Independent Director of Dexus since joining the Board in February 2020. He has been a valuable member of various committees including the Board Nomination Committee, Board Audit Committee and Board Risk Committee.
“We would like to extend our thanks to Patrick for his contribution to Dexus.”
Following Mr Allaway’s resignation, the Board has eight Directors comprising seven Independent Directors and one Executive Director.
