Ekosem-Agrar AG: Auditor issues disclaimers of opinion for 2021 financial statements
Walldorf, 24 August 2023 - Ekosem-Agrar AG has received disclaimers of opinion for the annual and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2021 by its auditor, DWP AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Due to the non-existence of waivers from the financing banks and the implications of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the auditor does not consider itself in a position to issue a final audit opinion. In particular, it was not possible to provide sufficient evidence regarding the possibility of exercising control over the Russian subsidiaries in the future and the cash available there, as well as central planning assumptions.
