EVAN Group plc: Failure of financial restructuring and filing for insolvency proceedings
Valletta, 7 June 2023 – EVAN Group plc, Malta, issuer of the 6.0% bond 2017/2022, ISIN: DE000A19L426 / WKN: A19L42, announces that the planned financial restructuring of EVAN GROUP plc under the provisions of the German Act on the Stabilisation and Restructuring of Enterprises (Unternehmensstabilisierungs- und -restrukturierungsgesetz - StaRUG) has failed and that it will today file an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings due to over-indebtedness with the competent local court in Düsseldorf.
