HÖRMANN Industries GmbH: Successful closing of the sale of HÖRMANN Automotive Eislingen GmbH
Kirchseeon, 1 November 2023 - HÖRMANN lndustries GmbH (corporate bond, ISIN: NO0012938325) announces that the sale of its subsidiary HÖRMANN Automotive Eislingen GmbH by HÖRMANN Automotive GmbH to an investment company of Rheingold Capital SE was successfully completed late the previous evening. As announced in the ad hoc announcement of 27 September 2023, the closing of the sale was previously subject to conditions precedent. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price and the contractual details.
In order to strengthen the sustainable competitiveness of the Automotive division in the face of the structural transformation in the automotive supply industry, HÖRMANN Automotive will henceforth focus on the development and production of components and systems for commercial vehicle chassis, body parts and battery carriers.
