On February 9th 2022, Portigon AG had approved, with immediate effect, a purchase programme (outside the United States of America only) managed by Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and pursuant to which, Portigon AG may from time to time acquire the issued notes listed in the table below through open market purchases or private transactions.
Portigon AG may terminate the programme at any time at its sole discretion and has decided to terminate the programme with immediate effect.
