The general meeting of shareholders of Aéroports de Paris will be held on Thursday, May 21st, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., at the Maison de la Chimie, 28 bis rue Saint Dominique 75007 Paris.
The preliminary notice of meeting including the agenda and the text of the resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on March 30th, 2026.
The notice of meeting, containing a correction to the notice of meeting published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires No. 38 on March 30, 2026, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires and in the Journal d'Annonces Légales on April 29th, 2026 and in the legal journal LEFIGARO.FR.
The terms of participation and voting at this meeting are set out in each of these notices as well as in the brochure convening the meeting which has been available since that day, on the Company's website.
The brochure of the notice of meeting and the information or documents relating to the general meeting, in particular those referred to in Article R.22-10-23, R.225-81 et R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, can be consulted at the following address : http://www.groupe-adp.com (section Finance / General Meeting / 2026 General Meeting of Shareholders), in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Finally, any shareholder may read the documents referred to in articles L.225-115 and R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, at the Company's head office from the notice and at least for a period of 15 days preceding the date of the general meeting.
