Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel distributes an exceptional dividend of 620 million euros
Following the general meeting of Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel held on December 18, 2023, GACM SA paid on December 20, 2023 an exceptional dividend of
620 million euros to its shareholders, consisting of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale’s entities[1], Crédit Mutuel Maine-Anjou et Basse-Normandie and Crédit Mutuel Océan.
Proforma of this distribution, the GACM solvency ratio as at June 30, 2023 is 227%.
