Munich, March 19, 2026 – innoscripta SE is further advancing its growth strategy by opening a new location in the financial hub of Frankfurt am Main. The goal is to participate in the strong economic growth of the Rhine-Main metropolitan region through this local presence. In addition to serving existing customers, the company aims to acquire attractive new clients from the region for its R&D platform, Clusterix.
With a dedicated on-site team, both existing and potential innoscripta customers will receive more targeted support in efficiently and digitally managing their R&D projects. With the opening of the Frankfurt office, innoscripta increases its number of locations in Germany to three. In the medium term, the company plans to expand its Frankfurt team to at least 50 employees.
Recent study data shows that the Rhine-Main region is one of the most innovation-driven clusters in Germany. A key factor is the high density of research institutions, including TU Darmstadt, the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research, and Goethe University Frankfurt. In addition, the region hosts research-intensive biotech companies, as well as numerous innovative deep-tech startups and fintech companies clustered around the Frankfurt internet hub and financial center. Furthermore, several companies from the DAX family with strong R&D activities have either their headquarters or major operational units in the Rhine-Main region. These companies often maintain a strong focus on R&D, with expenditures in some cases reaching high single-digit to double-digit percentages of revenue.
“In the Rhine-Main region, economic strength goes hand in hand with the high innovative capacity of local companies. At the same time, we observe that while R&D spending in this metropolitan area is above average, the R&D tax incentive is often not utilized by companies. With our new location in Frankfurt, we gain better access to these businesses. We see significant potential in the region and aim to build a strong customer base here to further drive our growth strategy,” says Sebastian Schwertlein, COO of innoscripta SE.
With the innoscripta platform Clusterix, companies can better structure, organize, and manage their research and development activities. The platform enables transparent management of innovation projects and helps make R&D processes more efficient.
In addition to the Frankfurt office opening, innoscripta plans further expansion across Europe and internationally in 2026.
