At the proposal of the Governance, Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Jean-Charles Douin as CEO of Peugeot Invest. 

Jean-Charles Douin, 46, brings to the role 20 years' experience in private equity. He is joining Peugeot Invest after 16 years at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan where he headed up private equity activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He previously worked at CapVest (2005–2008), a pan-European mid-cap private equity fund, and UBS Investment Bank (2003–2005), where he was a financial analyst in the consumer goods sector. Jean-Charles Douin has spent his entire professional career in London. He is a graduate of the prestigious business school HEC Paris.

Jean-Charles Douin will take office no later than 28 October 2024. Until that date, Nicolas Huet, permanent representative of Établissements Peugeot Frères to Peugeot Invest's Board of Directors, will serve as acting CEO of Peugeot Invest, in close collaboration with its Board of Directors.
