LNA SANTE : Expanding hospital at home in Ile-de-France region
LNA Santé is significantly expanding its presence in the Île-de-France region : three new hospitalisation at home (HAH) licences have been granted in Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-d'Oise and Essonne.
LNA Santé, a family-run company with a mission, announces that it has secured three new licences for its Home Hospitalisation (HAH) facilities in the Île-de-France region, through the opening of new service areas in Seine-Saint-Denis (93), Val-d'Oise (95) and Essonne (91). These authorisations, issued by the Île-de-France Regional Health Agency (ARS), reflect the expertise acquired in community care and represent a potential client base of over 200 patients per day in the long term.
Three new service areas
The first expansion covers eastern Seine-Saint-Denis (93), a catchment area of 410,000 inhabitants, where LNA Santé professionals will be able to provide home-based rehabilitation care (HAH-R), with a target of 50 patients treated per day. The second covers the eastern part of Val-d'Oise (95), a catchment area of 300,000 inhabitants, for a core service and an HAH-R offering representing a potential of 75 patients per day.
The third covers southern Essonne (91), also a catchment area of 300,000 inhabitants, with a target of 80 patients per day across both core services and HAH-R.
A mark of confidence and a driver of growth
These expansions, secured in close consultation with the Île-de-France Regional Health Agency (ARS), will be jointly managed by HAH Nord Seine-et-Marne (Serris - 77) and HAH East Francilien (Coulommiers - 77). The strong growth in activity at these two establishments over the last three years demonstrates LNA Santé’s full capacity to rapidly and effectively roll out its service offering into new territories. With these new authorisations, LNA Santé is strengthening its presence in one of the regions with the greatest need for access to local healthcare, against a backdrop of rapid growth in home hospitalisation as an alternative to conventional hospitalisation (a 6% increase in the volume of home hospitalisation days nationally in 2025 compared to 2024).
These new extensions reflect the confidence that public authorities have in the service we have built up across the Île-de-France region. Every day on the ground, our teams demonstrate the quality of their commitment and their high standards in serving patients. We are determined to put this expertise at the service of all those who can benefit from home hospitalisation, wherever they may be.
Our commitment : HAH everywhere, for everyone
