Manitou Group announces the signing of an additional €160m credit facility

Ancenis, January 10, 2024 - Manitou Group announces the signature of an amendment of the credit agreement signed in July 2022 for an additional RCF (Revolving Credit Facility) of €160 million and a maturity of 5 years with the possibility of a 1-year extension.

This additional RCF strengthens the group's financial structure to enable it to continue its development and finance its investment projects.

The credit agreement has been negotiated with the same following pool of banks :
