PARIS, APRIL 25, 2025 - Mersen shareholders are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday May 16, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the Cœur Défense Conference Center, 110 Esplanade du Général de Gaulle, 92931 La Défense.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, as well as the formalities for attending and voting at the meeting, was posted on the Bulletin des Annonces légales Obligatoires“BALO” website (https://www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr/) on April 7, 2025, bulletin number 42.
The convening notice will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces légales Obligatoires “BALO” and in a legal gazette within the deadlines stipulated by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Documents and information relating to this Meeting are made available to shareholders in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
