Peugeot Invest publishes its 2025 Universal Registration Document

Peugeot Invest filed its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the French Financial Markets Authority (“Autorité des Marchés Financiers”) on 7 April 2026.

The Universal Registration Document includes, in particular, the following information:

• Peugeot Invest’s 2025 annual financial report, including the management report and the corpo­rate governance report;
• a description of the share buyback program;
• the resolutions to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of 20 May 2026; and
• the reports of the Statutory Auditors.

Copies of the Universal Registration Document are also available at the company's registered office located at 66, avenue Charles de Gaulle - 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.
