Polygone shareholding structure developments

POLYGONE SHAREHOLDING

STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENTS 

GL EVENTS (FR0000066672, GLO), the integrated event solutions and services group, announces a change in the shareholding structure of Polygone, GL events’ holding company.

Olivier Ginon, through his holding company “Le Grand Rey”: 

-          sold to Trévise Participations on February 4, 2025, 93,896 shares in the capital of Polygone, representing 8.9% of Polygone's shares and voting rights,

-          acquired from Matmut on 7 February 2025, 56,162 shares in Polygone, representing 5.33% of Polygone's shares and voting rights.

On that basis, Polygone's shareholding structure is now as follows:

(i)                  Olivier Ginon, Le Grand Rey and La Ferme d'Anna[1]: 58.00%, 

(ii)                Trévise Participations: 28.90%, 

(iii)               Crédit Agricole's regional private equity funds (SCIRs): 13.10%. 

Olivier Ginon and the companies he controls will continue to refrain from any actions in concert with Trévise Participations. The shareholders' agreement between Trévise Participations and Olivier Ginon remains unchanged and its main provisions will be the subject of a formal notice issued in accordance with the applicable regulations.
