AVAILABILITY OF THE 2023 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT (URD)  AND PUBLICATION OF THE CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY OVERVIEWS

Icade announces that the French version of its 2023 Universal Registration Document including its Annual Integrated Report was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 21, 2024 under number D.24-0149. 

This document can be viewed on or downloaded from:

The 2023 Universal Registration Document (URD) includes the following:

-          2023 Annual Integrated Report, also available as a separate document on Icade’s website at www.icade.fr;

-          2023 annual financial report and the Statutory Auditors’ reports related thereto;

-          Non-financial performance statement;

-          Board of Directors’ corporate governance report;

-          Information on risk management and internal control procedures;

-          Information on the Commercial Property Investment Division’s property portfolio and property valuation reports.

The 2023 URD will also be available in English in April 2024.

Climate and Biodiversity Overviews

Icade is today publishing a Climate Overview and a Biodiversity Overview presenting the key elements of the Group’s strategy, commitments and performance in terms of climate transition, biodiversity preservation and soil protection, in the light of the Group’s 2030 objectives and its SBTi-approved 1.5°C carbon reduction pathway. These documents are in addition to Chapter 3 of the 2023 URD, in which these strategies are presented in detail.  These overviews and the 2023 URD are available on Icade’s website, under the CSRheading.

At the General Meeting to be held on April 19, 2024, the Board of Directors will ask shareholders to vote on a Say on Climate resolution on the Group’s progress towards climate transition and a Say on Biodiversity resolution on its progress towards biodiversity preservation and soil protection.
