Rektron Group Provides Operation Update

(CSE:REK.U)(FRA:F75) ("Rektron" or the "Company"), a global commodity trading group with subsidiaries that specialise in trading energy, metals, and energy transition commodities, provides an update to the market regarding the status of the administration proceedings of DL Hudson Limited (now named 61 Merchant Group Limited) and Rektron AQ Limited (now named 37 AQ Merchants Limited).

On December 22, 2025, a petition to wind up both companies was advertised and is scheduled to be heard before the High Court of Justice on January 7, 2026 in London, UK. The Company will provide further updates as developments warrant and remains committed to resolving this matter in the best interests of the Company and its group of companies.
