Safran announces the end of negotiations regarding the contemplated acquisition of Exail Technologies.

Paris, 3rd July 2026 – 9:30 pm

On June 26, 2026, Safran confirmed that it had entered into exclusive negotiations regarding a potential acquisition of Exail Technologies.

Safran announces that these negotiations ended on July 3 and did not result in an agreement, as the parties were unable to reach mutually acceptable terms.
