TERACT finalizes the disposal of the Bio&Co banner to marcel&fils

TERACT announces that it has finalized the disposal of the Bio&Co banner to marcel&fils.
In line with its strategic roadmap to refocus on its core businesses1, TERACT announced on September 17, that it had entered into exclusive negociations for a three months period with marcel&fils for the disposal of all seven Bio&Co sales points.
Historically based in the Southeast of France, marcel&fils specialises in the distribution of organic food and non-food products (fruit and vegetables, groceries, food supplements, cosmetics, cleaning products). This player favours local and artisan products and pays particular attention to product quality (“organic gourmet”).
