The internationally recognized market research firm Gartner® has published the Market Guide for Infrastructure Monitoring Tools 2025, listing USU for the first time as a Representative Vendor in this market segment.

According to the latest Gartner report, “Advanced infrastructure monitoring tools employ data analytics and machine learning to enhance performance by enabling real-time insights, rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting.” Gartner forecasts demand growth for infrastructure monitoring tools at 10.1% for 2025. Another key trend is the growing influence of business leaders in the selection of such tools. In such organizations, the focus shifts to qualitative measures, rather than technical depth and quantitative KPIs.”
