H1 2026 revenue: €6.1m (+14%) Continued solid growth driven by the success of the TaaS offering in the Sports business and good momentum in the Industry activity
VOGO (ISIN: FR0011532225 - ALVGO) today published its revenue for the first half of 2026. The Company made revenue for the period of €6.1 million compared with €5.3 million for the same period in 2025, an increase of +14%. This result confirms the acceleration of VOGO's sales momentum, reflected in the signature of major new TaaS contracts.

Revenue rose sharply in H1 in both Sports and Industry
In the first half of 2026, VOGO made revenue of €6.1 million, an increase of +14%, with an acceleration of +16% in the second quarter following a rise of +13% in the first quarter.
This growth reflects very successful performances in the Sports business, supported by the TaaS model, for which the share of activity continued to grow to 29% of total revenue (vs. 24% in H1 2025) and now stands at 35% of the Sports activity (vs. 28% in H1 2025).
This confirmation of the ramp-up of the TaaS model strengthens visibility on the Group’s future revenues.

The Sports business (€4.9 million) saw growth of +10% compared with the first half of 2025. The first half of the year was marked by the signature of a major six-year contract1 with the LNR (National Rugby League) under which all of VOGO's solutions will be used in decision-making assistance (refereeing and concussion protocol). This contract illustrates VOGO’s positioning as a player able to offer turnkey solutions combining video and audio for world-leading players and leagues.
In the Industry activity (€1.2 million), the sales of which are still based on a traditional sales model, activity rose by 36% to €1.2 million, confirming good sales momentum and the growing appetite of the market for VOKKERO solutions.

Revenue in the EMEA region reached €5.1 million (vs. €4.1 million in H1 2025, representing growth of +24%) and accounted for most of the growth in the first half. It represented 84% of total Group revenue, compared with 77% in the first half of 2025.
EMEA revenue reached €5.1 million compared with €4.1 million in the first half of 2025, an increase of +24%.
In the United States, commercial drives gave rise to significant orders being secured that will help support business in the second half of the year. VOGO already anticipates growth in the Americas region over the full year.

Outlook: sharp growth in TaaS outstandings to €11.3m (+113% vs. H1 2025)
VOGO is looking to the next few months with confidence. TaaS outstandings at the end of June 2026 stood at €11.3 million and will contribute to the expected growth over the full year with significant development prospects in new sports disciplines outside of football.
During the first half of the year, to support VOGO’s current momentum, the Company strengthened its sales organisation and intensified its innovation efforts, particularly in AI, to meet the growing demands of its customers.
In light of these factors, VOGO expects strong revenue growth over the year, with good visibility thanks to the growing contribution of the TaaS model.
