Alstom Releases Half-Year Liquidity Contract Statement
On July 7, 2025, Alstom announced the details of its liquidity contract handled by Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account held €17,987,200 with no securities. From January 1 to June 30, 2025, the company executed 19,563 buy transactions and 22,488 sell transactions, each involving 7,262,678 securities. The total value of these transactions reached €149,362,897.45 for buys and €149,345,792.22 for sales.
At the end of the previous year, December 31, 2024, the liquidity account contained €18,004,305, also with zero securities. The report aligns with the AMF decision to continue liquidity contracts as market practice.
