Bank of America crosses Alstom thresholds down

On June 11, 2024, Bank of America Corporation announced that it had indirectly fallen below the thresholds of 5% of Alstom's capital and voting rights. Through controlled companies, it now holds 619,990 shares, or 0.16% of the capital and voting rights.

This drop results from the sale of Alstom shares on the market and a reduction in shares held by assimilation. Merrill Lynch International has also crossed these thresholds individually. Merrill Lynch BV holds a long position of 12,654 shares.

Bank of America National Association holds 527,838 “swaps” on Alstom shares, settled in cash. Their maturity varies between July 31, 2024 and October 29, 2025, according to article L. 233-9 of the commercial code and article 223-14 of the general regulations.
