Compagnie des Alpes Acquires 33% of Terrésens
Compagnie des Alpes announces a 33% stake in Terrésens, a developer of premium hotel residences in French mountain resorts. This strategic merger includes a purchase option to reach 80% of Terrésens' capital within three to four years.
Terrésens currently operates 11 residences and plans to open 9 by 2028. This acquisition reinforces Compagnie des Alpes' strategy of increasing the number of warm beds, crucial for skier days.
Dominique Thillaud, Managing Director of Compagnie des Alpes, highlights the winning operation thanks to Terrésens' expertise in prospecting and rehabilitation. Terrésens, for its part, can benefit from MMV's marketing expertise.
