Crédit Agricole S.A. Holds General Shareholders' Meeting in Orléans
Crédit Agricole S.A. held its General Shareholders' Meeting on 22 May 2024 in Orléans. The meeting was attended by Chairman Dominique Lefebvre and CEO Philippe Brassac and had over 900 attendees, both in person and remotely.
The meeting achieved a quorum of 77.58%. All resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved, each receiving over 85% support. The financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2023 were approved, and a dividend of €1.05 per share was announced.
Christine Gandon was ratified as a director, replacing Jean-Paul Kerrien. Several directorships were renewed, including those of SAS Rue La Boétie, represented by Raphäel Appert, Olivier Auffray, Nicole Gourmelon, Marianne Laigneau, and Louis Tercinier.
Christophe Lesur was reappointed as the director representing employee shareholders. The appointment of Mazars as Statutory Auditors and the reappointment of PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS AUDIT were also approved.
