Electricité de Strasbourg: Convocation to the Combined General Meeting of June 28, 2024

Électrité de Strasbourg invites its shareholders to a Combined General Meeting on June 28, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the head office. The agenda will include the reading of the annual reports, the approval of the corporate and consolidated accounts for 2023, and the discussion on the remuneration policy for 2024.

It will also be a question of allocating a profit of €39,398,434.52, allowing the distribution of a dividend of €8.60 per share, an amount significantly increasing compared to previous years.

Shareholders will also vote on the renewal of the Board of Directors and the appointment of a new independent third party for sustainability reporting. Resolutions concerning the modification of the statutes, in particular on the purpose of the company and the duration of the company, will also be presented.
