Jean-Charles Douin Appointed CEO of Peugeot Invest
Peugeot Invest has named Jean-Charles Douin as its new CEO, following a decision by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Governance, Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
Douin, 46, brings two decades of experience in private equity to his new role. He joins Peugeot Invest after 16 years at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where he led private equity activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He previously worked at CapVest and UBS Investment Bank. Douin, a graduate of HEC Paris, has spent his career in London.
Douin will officially take office by 28 October 2024. Until then, Nicolas Huet will serve as acting CEO. Robert Peugeot, Chairman of the Board, expressed confidence that Douin would drive the company's next phase of growth.
