Kaufman & Broad SA 2024 half-year results

Kaufman & Broad SA announced its financial results for the first half of the 2024 financial year. The turnover stood at 452.5 million euros, of which 389.6 million euros for the Housing sector. The gross margin reached 97.5 million euros.

Accommodation reservations increased by 11.5% in value and 7.2% in volume. The average completion time for programs stood at 4.1 months, reflecting sustained demand. The company has a positive net cash position of 224.9 million euros.

The group maintains its forecasts for the full financial year 2024. The expected turnover is around 1.1 billion euros, and the current operating profit rate is expected between 7% and 7.5%.
