Report of the Statutory Auditors on Regulated Agreements for 2023

The report of the auditors of Bourrelier Group SA for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 was presented at the general meeting. No notice of new agreements to be submitted for approval has been given. The agreements already approved were examined and maintained by the board of directors.

The service contracts provided by Bourrelier Group SA for various companies continued in 2023. These services include management, accounting, taxation, and legal and real estate advice. Remuneration was calculated at 110% of costs, with additional management fees. These contracts aim to rationalize costs while benefiting from the expertise of Bourrelier Group SA.

The council also maintained a first demand guarantee to cover rents for premises located in the Netherlands. Several agreements, including a partners' agreement and a subletting agreement, were maintained and their execution verified.
