Solocal Announces CFO Transition
Solocal Group has announced the imminent departure of Olivier Regnard, Group Chief Financial Officer. Jérôme Fievet, a member of the Finance Division's Management Committee, will replace him on an interim basis.
Olivier Regnard joined Solocal on July 1, 2019. He played a significant role in transforming the Group's business model and strengthening its financial structure.
"I am proud of our accomplishments at Solocal over the past five years. The arrival of Ycor and Maurice Lévy represents a unique opportunity for the Group," stated Regnard.
Maurice Lévy, Chairman and CEO, expressed gratitude for Regnard's commitment and welcomed Jérôme Fievet. Fievet will serve as interim CFO while a permanent replacement is decided.
Jérôme Fievet has been with Solocal since October 2018. He will join the Executive Committee as of September 16, reporting directly to Maurice Lévy.
